Though I have always loved music, piano, and synthesizers, I am new to electronic music creation. I look forward to hearing your feedback and advice.
The first song here is a beautiful piano piece called "Praise to the Man". The melody originally comes from the Scottish folk song "Scotland the Brave". This arrangement was inspired by the hymn "Praise to the Man" found in the LDS hymnbook.
This arrangement portrays the life of the prophet Joseph. It starts out softly depicting Joseph as a young boy culminating in the First Vision, then as prophet, through trials and triumphs, and ultimately the completion of his mission on earth.
To download the mp3 for free, click the "MUSIC" link located in the Artist Menu at the top left corner of this page. Then select the INFO icon on the song.

I am not an avid listener to piano based music. But listening to 'Praise the Man' was an enjoyable experience. I like the changes between major and minor influenced melodies.

Dan,
I really like how you've wrapped a beloved tune with a fresh blanket of musical thought! Nicely done!
Love your sis,
Shan
